Lawrance
is a Fitness and Health Promotion graduate from Humber College.  He is looking forward to help guide you to achieving your goals in fitness and to a journey beyond.  His relentless attention to your specific weight loss
needs or physical fitness goals will come with leadership, education, and motivation to living a healthier lifestyle.  He is dedicated in providing sports specific training when necessary to accommodate to the individual and bring athletes to the next level.  

Always in pursuit of cross training, he enjoys participating in different types of sports or other physical activities, and is an avid fan of hockey, football, and soccer.

Martial arts play a major role in Lawrance's life.  He is a practitioner of Wing Chun, Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, and Sanshou. "If you always put a limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life.  There are no limits.  There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go
beyond them." - Bruce Lee
