needs or physical fitness goals will come with leadership, education, and motivation to living a healthier lifestyle. He is dedicated in providing sports specific training when necessary to accommodate to the individual and bring athletes to the next level.
Always in pursuit of cross training, he enjoys participating in different types of sports or other physical activities, and is an avid fan of hockey, football, and soccer.
Martial arts play a major role in Lawrance's life. He is a practitioner of Wing Chun, Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, and Sanshou.
