Intro to Fitness

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.

We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recovery quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.

Boot Camp 101

It takes consistency to get results. Boot Camp 101 is just the class to keep you motivated and on track.

Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.

Boot Camp 101 is for every body - classes are offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.

Failure is no longer an option. With Boot Camp 101, you'll reach a higher level of fitness - fast.

Kids Fitness Boot Camp

Our most popular fitness program is back! 

Beginning Nov 18, Coach Grant Slater will be running the Kids Fitness Boot Camp.  This weekly program is specifically designed for kids under the age of 16 and emphasizes cardiovascular training, resistance training and flexibility.  This program is great way to give your kids an edge in youth sports or just to get them off the couch!

When:  Saturdays at 9:00 am

Rate:   $20/session - 4 session minimum

Chicks In Training

Group Training with Kris on Friday mornings at 10:00 a.m.  Get in one more hard core workout before the weekend!!!  30 minute sessions.  Circuit/Interval Training = burning LOTS of calories!!!  Keep those extra holiday pounds off!!!  Call Kris @ 926-7776 to sign up or stop by the office!

Jump Start Boot Camp

Introducing Jump Start Boot Camp - Snap Fitness' outdoor group fitness training

This 4 week training camp gives you a "Jump Start" on your Holiday and New Year's weight loss goals.  The Boot Camp is an outdoor, military-style fitness program.  It is for EVERYONE, at ANY fitness level!  Be encouraged by your training partner or group.  Workouts are conducted rain or shine at the scenic Upper Tampa Bay Trail.
