I want to share my success story not only because I've lost an immense amount of weight, but also to show what improvements anyone can add to their health and life. After attending my annual physical, the doctor informed me that my blood pressure was beginning to increase and by switching to a healthier diet, exercising, and losing 10 pounds, I would be back to normal. I began a regiment of eating better and walking the county roads where I live, but had minimal results. I joined Snap Fitness on to intensify my workouts and also so I would be able to exercise no matter the elements outside. After six weeks of using the Treadmill and Arc Trainer, and correct eating habits, I lost 19 pounds. I didn't measure any body parts but I have to cinch my belt two more notches to keep my jeans up.
