In June of 2012, I weighed 333lbs. I would get short of breath when walking, had high blood pressure, and was unable to participate in the things I used to love. I knew that either I needed to take control, or my weight was going to either kill me, or put me in a wheelchair.
I first took control and accountability of my diet, because I was too heavy to exercise. After I lost 60lbs I slowly started to incorporate exercise. Since June of 2012, I have lost a total of 185lbs! In addition to losing the rest of my weight and meeting my goal, I have toned up considerably and have improved my cardiovascular fitness. Because of my work and other commitments, I choose early morning workouts. I’m usually the first person in the club in the morning at 4am! Without the 24/7 access it would have been difficult to commit to my 6 day a week regime. The club is always clean and the staff are accessible and friendly! I feel 20 years younger and my life is better in every way. I can do anything I want now thanks to Snap Fitness!
