Sanda will help you with post-rehab conditioning, nutritional coaching, myofascial stretching and weight-loss management. Sanda speaks English, German and Romanian.
Kevin has several years of experience in strength and sports conditioning. His athletic training will provide you with greater strength, power, speed, agility, coordination and balance.
Neil is our club Kinesiologist, you will often see him around the club performing boot camps with club members.....classes are included with your membership.
Laura is a certified personal trainer who will create a program specifically for you to help you reach your goals.
