I'm a 33 year old mother of 4. Growing up I always struggled with my weight. My junior year in College I started walking around the block every morning and noticed that I was returning sooner.   I started walking longer until I felt comfortable exercising at the gym. I lost over 100 lbs and never felt better about myself.  I kept it off for about 2 years until I got pregnant with my 1st child and gained 100 plus back.  After 2 years of struggling with my weight once again, I decided to have gastric bypass.  The day before my surgery I weighed in at a 426.  I never thought I was that heavy, I was in tears.  I started losing the weight and had another child and only gained 24 lbs; the pregnancy weight and more came off.  I had 2 more children after this.  While pregnant with my 4^th child I was on bed rest for about 18 weeks and gained 60 lbs.  He is now 14 months old & I was struggling with getting that weight off.  I joined SNAP back in Feb and started exercising.  It felt good to be back at the gym but I still wasn't seeing the results I wanted. The past 2 months have been very successful since I started a new diet combined with training sessions with Corey.   I have already lost 15 lbs and they have stayed off. I'm determined to get back under 200 and keep it off.
