Intro To PT

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.
We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.

Total Body Basic PT

This low-priced introductory package is for members who want help getting started on a plan.
We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility in two 25-minute one-on-one sessions. Then, you'll have two follow-up opportunities with your Fit Pro to check your progress, get answers to your questions and tweak your workouts.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recover quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.

Program Design Plan
If the one-on-one training prorams offered by Snap Fitness don't fit your needs, Snap also offers the "Program Design Plan". The Program Design Plan is a great option for both novice gym members on a limited financial budget and experienced gym users who are looking to add a kick to their normal gym routine.
The Program Design Plan is a 4-week customized fitness plan covering both Strength training and Cardiovascular training routines. The Program design includes the following elements:
- An initial fitness consulatation provided by your Snap Fitness certified Personal Trainer.
- (2) 30-45minute Instructional sessions to show you how to properly perform the the elements of your customized training routine
- A 4-week written training program for every month you are on the Program Design Plan.
- A montly wrap up and assessment session at the end of the 4 week program

Additional Months - $99.00/month
Hard Core

Looking to flatten your abs? Build a stronger back, improve balance, and get greater overall strength?
With the Hard Core group training package from Snap Fitness, you'll achieve your goals through small group sessions that help you strengthen, tone and define your midsection.
Start with a quick tutorial from your Fit Pro to understand the importance of strengthening your core to improve your overall fitness. Next, push yourself through a power-building core workout. Finally, take a few minutes to cool down, stretch and discuss additional exercises to help improve posture and relieve back pain and stress.
Hard Core is offered in 6 and 12 week sessions, with the average program taking place 2-3 times each week for around 25-50 minutes per day.

Fit-to-Wed

Look great for that special day! Whether you're in the white dress or a supporting role, it's important to look your best. Our Fit-to-Wed Training package allows you to work one-on-one with a Fit Pro on a specialized program to help you slim down, tone up and boost energy.
This 12-week program focuses on the areas you want to work on the most - the core, back, shoulders, thighs and glutes - along with cardio so that you'll be ready to dance the night away.
