Nick Freese
Nick Freese has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. As a collegiate athlete in the sport of Football, Nick first experienced the drastic and positive body transformation benefits that can be achieved through a comprehensive fitness program that includes resistance training, cardiovascular exercise and a balanced nutritional plan. After a devastating knee injury ended Nick’s football career, it was only through weight training and exercise where Nick was able to refocus his energy to achieve a full recovery. Nick is now an accomplished road race runner and is looking to take yet another leap into the world of multi-sports an aspiring amateur Tri-Athlete.
As a fitness instructor, Nick has worked with individual clients, group fitness clients and along the way he has used his training expertise to train several family members and friends. Nick enjoys and excels at the business side of the fitness industry and the art of fitness marketing and promotions. Nick is a graduate of EasternWashingtonUniversity, where he earned both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business Administration. Nick spent several years in the healthcare/medical sales industry before coming to the realization that his passion and true calling was in the field of personal health and fitness.
Nick is not currently training individual clients, as he has turned his efforts to the building of both the NWFA and to the operation of the first of three local Fitness facilities. Nick and his father, John, have partnered with the Snap Fitness franchise and have plans to open at least three Snap Fitness locations in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area.
