Train with Tracy
Train with Tracy: This program begins June 1st- June 30th and a second offering July 1st-July31st. Have you met Tracy? One of our newest additions to Snap, Tracy brings years of experience and a following of clientele. Come drop in on Wednesday and/or Friday mornings from 8:30-9:00am for a all over body work out.
Cost for members is $80.00/month and $120.00/month for non- members.
Guide to Eat right with results
The most important component to weight loss is proper diet. This package will help you understand food choices, caloric intake versus expenditure, food labels and portion sizes with guidance from an Exercise Physiologist.
