Welcome to Slinger Snap Fitness. I am pleased to have the opportunity to be the manager of the Slinger club. I have always had an interest in health & fitness as well as working with others with the same interests. The Slinger club has many wonderful, friendly members working hard to meet their fitness goals. I invite you to take a chance and join us on the road to health & wellness success!

Maureen’s number one priority as manager is to make sure you are getting all you can out of your membership at Slinger Snap Fitness.  She is dedicated to providing a clean safe environment where members feel welcomed to come each day, making your workouts a more enjoyable experience!

For over a year prior to training with Justin Paar I worked out according to my own weight training program, eventually reaching a plateau. Justin has taught me proper training procedure, resulting in accelerated gain for what I want to achieve. He is also very informative about proper eating habits and nutrition needed for fat loss and muscle gain.  Justin is very professional and I recommend his program to anyone who wants great training results in minimum time.
