Chris Bellas
Chris joined Snap Fitness in Shingle Springs in June when the club first opened. After Chris visited his doctor in early September, he learned his cholesterol and blood sugar had risen to unhealthy levels. He was told to loose weight. Chris started coming into the gym four to five times per week and made some small changes to his diet. Four months later, he has lost 25 pounds. Way to go Chris!!! Chris stated that “he has more weight loss to go but being consistent with diet and exercise, he is confident it will happen.” Also that “he likes working out at Snap Fitness because it is convenient and never crowded. He can workout whenever it is a good time for him and he doesn’t have to wait to use the equipment. This make it easy to stick with an exercise program.”
Carolyn Baker
“ I received my Snap Fitness membership as a Christmas gift. As a women over 50 and someone who had not exercised in about 30 years and carrying a lot of extra poundage, I was not thrilled. Through the encouragement of my family and the Snap Fitness staff, I have started a routine of regular exercise and have dropped 34 pounds in 11 weeks!
Dale Olson
Dale joined the gym back in July. When he first joined it was difficult for him to walk up hills and he could only do a few minutes on the Arc Trainers. Now he is up to 40 minutes and he comes religiously 5—6 times a week. Dale is 67 years old and his starting weight was 215 pounds and he has gotten down to 192 pounds. He is starting to fit back into his old smaller clothes and working out on a regular program is also helping him eat healthier too! Dale has more weight to lose but with the 24/7 aspect of the program, he knows he will be able to stick with the program.
