Amy

Hi!  My name is Amy.  I have two kids and a husband that keep me pretty busy. Sometimes it's hard to find the time to exercise but I try to make that a priority.  I've discovered that taking care of yourself helps everything else in life fall into place.  

Snap makes it a little easier since it's so close to home, plus the Fast Start Equipment Orientation taught me how to squeeze in a workout in between my kids activities. 

 I'm excited to share how Snap's tools can help you squeeze exercise into a busy lifestyle!
 

Besides working out, I love interior decorating, gardening, baking and vacationing with my family.

Hello!  I am the newest member to the Snap Fitness team and not only am I a newcomer to Snap but also to Kansas.  My husband and I recently moved from Des Moines, Iowa where I left a career in advertising to have more time with my family and our new baby boy.  

Before my pregnancy it was very important to me to be fitness and health conscious.  However, once I became pregnant I quickly fell off the wagon so to speak.  I am looking forward to getting back in the game and helping other members do the same in any way that I can. 

If you see me in the club whether working or working out, feel free to ask any questions or just chat.  I can't wait to meet all of you!

After the birth of my first child, I had about 80 pounds to lose. I had never worked out before, so I had no idea where to start. Over the course of 18 months, the weight came off, but I still had no clue what I was doing in the gym. To make matters worse, I felt like a little fish in a big pond at the club I belonged to.

So, I hired a trainer, and I started making progress quickly, but I still couldn’t justify the time I spent with the large gym experience into my schedule. I still felt like I just didn’t belong. There had to be an easier way.

That’s when Matt saw a Snap Fitness franchise during a business trip. He called me from the club, and at that moment, we got excited about bringing the concept to our area. I knew if I was feeling that way, someone else was probably struggling too.

Our undying commitment to our members is to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that you can get a fast workout in, and then get back home to your babies.

Hi! My name is Matt. When I graduated from college and got into the corporate world my weight sky rocketed from 160 to 210. I knew I needed to make some changes, but it was tough to find a good place to work out because I travel quite a bit with my full time job. I started eating better, taking Advocare supplements and tapped into the reciprocity that Snap Fitness offers.

I love the fact that I can find a Snap Fitness pretty much everywhere my job takes me. I can continue my training even when I’m on the road. The facilities are very convenient, and consistent with what my home club has, so I don’t have to re-learn the machinery from club to club. It’s a nice way to feel somewhat close to home even though I can’t always be there.
I love working at Snap Fitness because I am surrounded by people with the same interests and goals that I have, getting in shape! It motivates me to see so many other people setting and achieving their goals.

When Jen and I aren’t spending time at home with the kids, we enjoy relaxing, going to the lake, and taking time away with my two brothers, and traveling to the nearest beach…because I got back down to 160 pounds!

I love Snap Fitness and appreciate all of the staff help and guidance.  I'm very excited about my weight loss and look forward to meeting my future goals.  Since getting married and having two kids I never worked out, but really wanted to lose the baby weight and feel good about myself again.  After joining Snap Fitness I took advantage of the free consultation with a Fit Pro.  She set me up an exercise routine, calorie plan, and I set a goal to lose 10 pounds by my birthday (2 months away).  I have already lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks!!

I'm a working mother who wants to spend time with my children in the evening.  Snap Fitness is affordable and gives me the opportunity to work out at my convenience, usually during naps or after my kids are in bed.  I want to show my children a happy, healthy mom that can keep up with them.

Now that I've almost reached my initial goal, I've decided to push myself further to get fit and feel fabulous in a swimsuit this summer.

This gym is extremely clean and there is more than enough equipment to achieve any goal you might have. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The trainers are awesome and will definately give you a great workout!!! Another amazing benefit is the 24 hour access and in this economy you couldn't ask for better membership fees.
