Welcome To Snap Fitness located in the heart of West Sedona. We have a full schedule of fitness classes at our West Sedona location and a large fitness class room. Being a member at this gym allows you to use the classes at Snap VOC and Snap Cottonwood. With Personal showers and changing areas this is truly a premier Snap Fitness location.
Your membership gives you free access to all Snap fitness clubs.
We have over 21 pieces of cardio equipment including; rowers, bikes, treadmills, stepper, & ellipticals.
A full circuit so you can easily get a complete workout without touching a free weight.
Our weight room is complete with dumbells up to 120# and Olympics bars for some good old fashioned lifting!
This gym features a crosstraining room that will challenge the most experience athlete; Gymnastic Rings, Rock Climbing Wall, Bumper plates, climbing rope, and much more are all included in this room. An athlete's playroom!
We also feature a stand up tanning machine in a private setting.

Within the past few years, heart disease has become increasingly more common and has become the leading cause of death in women. In 2006, one in four American deaths were caused by heart disease, half of whom were women. For some people, the risk factors associated with heart disease are caused by genetics but there are still many things you can do right now to help control your risks and prevent illness.
The most obvious way to reduce your risk is by maintaining a balanced diet and regular exercise routine. Studies have shown that exercising three or more hours each week can reduce your risk of heart disease by 65 percent! And while the idea of finding the time to work out may seem like a chore, it’s a lot easier than you may think. Here are three simple tips to help you become more heart-healthy:
1. Schedule a regular workout time – We know how easy it can be for your schedule to fill up, leaving you with no time to squeeze in a workout. That’s why we recommend setting aside 30 minutes each day, dedicated to your fitness. Since most Snap Fitness clubs are open 24 hours a day, we can be flexible to your busy schedule, instead of you being flexible for ours!
2. Start walking – Looking to work out without a formal “workout”? Try finding new ways to add walking into your daily routine. For example, next time you stop at the grocery store, park near the back of the parking lot and add some distance to your walk. The time walking to and from your car could help you add a solid 10 minutes of workout time without even thinking about it!
3. Meet with a trainer – Tired of the same old workouts? Set up a consultation with a trainer at your local Snap Fitness and ask about new exercises you can incorporate into your routine. Either way, variety is the spice of life–and it can be the key to help you reach your fitness goals!
