Linsey. Circuit Training: A functional training class; Exercises will range anywhere from machines to free weights to bands to balls to bodyweight exercises depending on the participants. This will be a challenging class- but modifications are available for most individuals. Linsey will include a stretch for all major muscle groups.
Linsey. Low impact Aerobics:
Participants will be constantly moving. Linsey plans to include a little bit of weights (bicep curls, kick backs, shoulder press) Most of the movement will be bodyweight exercises set up at a routine/rhythm. (squats/lunges/core/pushups/dips). Linsey will include a stretch for all major muscle groups.
Pat. Total body : Pat uses bands and medicine balls along with functional movements to train your entire body for full functional and strength. A fantastic class for the sportsperson. This will keep you swinging the golf club, tennis racquet and keep you on the hiking trails. Functional movement is the key to a long healthy life. This class is scale able for almost all age groups.
Kettlebells workshop with Pat: This is the only paid class we have. A strange cannonball with a handle often touted as the best workout tool ever invented. Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system, total-body movements. Kettlebells workouts are appropriate for ages six to sixty six and you are advised to scale the workout to your abilities and move up as you become more comfortable with the Kettlebell
Barb. Pilates and Stretch:
Strengthen and tone your entire body! You will experience marked changes in your body, especially around your belly, back, bottom and legs with constant Pilates practice. You will appear taller, develop good posture, experience greater ease of movement in your everyday life. Attend 2 classes per week to experience quickest results.
Dev. Sculpt, & Step: Pack resistance and cardio training into one intense workout! Use weights, bands, and weighted bars to sculpt and build muscle and then step to the music to burn calories!
