“My best asset as a trainer is I have the ability to create a large variety of effective workouts without straying away from the basic scientific principles of weight training. This makes my workouts fun, and never stale. I'm able to put myself in your shoes and help you as an adult. I will not talk down to you like you're a child. I'm not a drill sergeant either. I have an outgoing positive personality and a great sense of humor. My goal as a personal trainer is to be the best personal trainer. That is, every client must achieve their results. I love training people and it is really rewarding to me when they see their results over time. I am 100% committed to helping my client's achieve their goals.”
