Visit us during staffed hours for customer service, sales and equipment questions.  We may be here more often than the hours listed. Just stop by and check for the "Open" sign on the door.

Flu Season is Here

FLU SEASON IS HERE!  Fall is the time for sharing as we all spend more time indoors.  However, one of the downsides of that inside time is all those nasty viruses floating around.  Please help to cut down on infection and transmission in the gym by following these guidelines:

Ø  If you are sick, then please stay home and recover.  That way you can get back to your exercise program more quickly and healthfully while not infecting others at the gym

Ø  Please remember to wipe down the equipment thoroughly after each use

Ø  Wash your hands frequently and use the hand sanitizers around the club on a regular basis

Ø  Get plenty of rest and eat a healthy, balanced diet
