Mike Manio has made sports and fitness a big part of his life over the last 13 years. Mike is a local graduate of Newport High School in Bellevue and Bellevue College where he participated in basketball and ran track. He maintains an active lifestyle and has a passion for fitness. About Jeri

I am a jobsite secretary for a local construction company and have been with them for 14 years this December.  As far as my family I'm the middle baby of 3 and of course with 3 different personalities...I'm the mean one.

For hobbies I like reading (if I don't fall asleep) and road trips - I am big on them these days!  I especially like being a passenger on a Harley sssssooooooo much fun!

Do you have any specific training goals?

Just trying tone up and maybe get away from taking high cholesterol pills.  And I'm trying to get rid of my grandma flabby arms.

Do you have a personal trainer at Snap Fitness?: 

I've had a session (go Blue Team) with Adam and whoa it was tough keeping up... but I made it!  Right Adam??!!  Then won one day with Domingo OMG that punching bag!

Favorite piece of equipment or exercise:

I like the Bosu (thanks Domingo) it's a challenge to me but helps me work on my balance.

Things you like about Snap Fitness:

Atmosphere and the staff you all make us all feel welcomed unlike the other snotty places I use to go to.
