 My family and I have truly enjoyed our experience at your facility.  Like many families in the Bay Area, we are lead by a hectic schedule that sometimes makes it impossible to fit in an exercise program. That's why Snap has worked out so perfectly for us. Its convenient location, and hours of operation allows my family and I to maintain an exercise routine that is dictated by us!  
My personal goal is to exercise at least six days per week. In order to prevent boredom of my routine, I alternate my workout on various days between running or walking on the treadmill, or the elliptical machine.  I also incorporate a weight training regimen of upper and lower body of at least three times a week.  With my family and work responsibilities, I'm also attending graduate school. Snap's convenient location, and 24/7 hours of operation allows me the opportunity to fit in exercise when I can. I'm not pressured to hurry to the gym when it opens, or before it closes. I'm able to maintain my exercise goals at my convenience.
A really nice way my husband and I combine aerobics, weights, and spending time together is by walking to Snap a couple of times a week.  We've created a route that is equal to about five miles round trip.  Once we've arrived, we concentrate on our weight routine. Our youngest son is also a member of Snap and sometimes meets us to exercise, as well.  We find it nice to have a professional and clean facility available to us any time of the day!
