Most Express Fitness packages consist of two sessions per week for 12 weeks, giving you flexibility in your exercise schedule.

Start with a quick tutorial from your Fit Pro to understand the importance of strengthening your core to improve your overall fitness. Next, push yourself through a power-building core workout. Finally, take a few minutes to cool down, stretch and discuss additional exercises to help improve posture and relieve back pain and stress.
Hard Core is offered in 6 and 12 week sessions, with the average program taking place 2-3 times each week for around 25-50 minutes per day.

This is just the program for you. We'll discuss form, nutrition, and stretching to get you off on the right foot. Kick Start Fitness includes two half hour sessions per week plus a custom workout plan to use on your own. Starting has never been this easy!
The Total Body Transformation Package allows you to work one-on-one with a Fit Pro on a specialized program to help you slim down, tone up and boost energy.
This 8-week program, which consists of two training sessions per week plus a program for you to follow on your own. 70% percent of your results are diet, so we'll also include nutritional instruction to keep you on the right track!
Want to work out with professional trainers all the time?
The Training Only Membership allows you to come in and work with a trainer without paying the extra cost of a gym membership! It's great for people who are limited on time and want professional results. This package eliminates the guess work in your workout and will maximize your training results in no time.
