My mission is to provide the best gym experience possible for Snap Fitness members and prospects. Because I truly believe in the Snap business model and facilities, I am deeply committed to keeping members happy and healthy. I have a strong customer service focus and consistently strive to improve our facilities and services. With an MA in Management, I also bring ten solid years of experience running community-based businesses, providing a range of health and human services.
