My husband and I starting as original members to the Rockford location before the club had even opened. I came on staff the following year and have now been managing our location for almost 4 years. I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with our three dogs; Cookie, Izabelle and Misty.

I joined Snap Fitness 4 years ago and thank them for helping me get closer to my goals. I never took working out seriously until a year ago and it's now my life. Last summer I weighed 230 pounds and a year later my weight is at 190. I've been following a strict diet and working out 7 days a week to help achieve my goals. Scott Herman Fitness has an amazing workout that I follow and after each workout I do 2 miles on the elyptical. Looking back at my pictures from just a year ago is my motivaion that I never want to look like that again.
