Like many of us my New Year’s resolution was to get in better shape, shed some pounds and tone up. This has been my resolution for the last several years but like a lot of people I start off great but lose interest or get too busy to reach my goals and end up rarely going to the gym.

So to start this New Year off right and to help get a little more momentum to push me over the hump that has plagued me for years I decided to try a trainer. I have never used a trainer before and to be honest I was a little skeptical. My biggest objection was that I thought I knew enough and pushed myself hard enough alone to achieve my goals. I soon found out how wrong I was. From day one with Danielle I knew how crazy my objections were. Each session she pushed me harder and further than I ever would have done myself. She always came prepared and constantly encouraged me to push harder. At the end of every training session I walked away with an amazing feeling of accomplishment knowing that I made great strides towards my goals.

There was several times my body wanted to quit, however Danielle was right there encouraging and pushing me to end. I’m well on my way to far exceeding my New Year’s resolution and its all thanks to Danielle! On a side note, an added benefit that I was not expecting is that I now find myself pushing harder and working longer during my own training days. This can be directly attributed to Danielle because I know in order to continue the

My name is David Cruz and I've been a member at Snap Fitness for about 2 years.  Joining SNAP Fitness has changed my life tremendously.  I use to work out at home once in a while but was never disciplined to do it daily.  Once I became a member it became a daily ritual.  I have noticed a change in my body.  My muscles are well-defined and I have toned my body.

One of the many things I enjoy about SNAP Fitness is that they are open 24hrs a day so I can basically come when it is convenient for me.  The staff is great and I enjoy the friendly competitions. I was actually the winner of the last competition and won and IPOD.  I think that the competitions motivate you to do more than you what you usually would do.

I would defitinitely recommend SNAP Fitness to all my family, friends, even strangers. :)

"Snap Fitness has re-energized me to get back to the gym.  I like having access to Snap Fitness on my schedule.  The Cybex Arc Trainer has been a great alternative to a treadmill, huge plus to have a t.v. on each cardio machine.  It is nice to have Snap close to home."
