Q: How long have you been exercising and what was your previous exercise routine?
A: For two years before Snap, I was only walking.

A: A lot of sweets!
Q: What do you like about your exercise regimen that your Personal Trainer has implemented?
A: Portion size for diet and everything in moderation. Balancing cardio, free weights and exercise toys is key. In Bootcamp 101, Jane makes sure I work hard!
Q: How long have you worked out at Snap; what accomplishments have you achieved?
A: Since I began working out at Snap 9 months ago, I’ve lost 18 pounds and lots of inches…which equates to two dress sizes!!
Q: What made you change your lifestyle and follow a consistent workout schedule?
A: Age! I need to stay healthy and strong for my job… and exercise makes me feel great!
Q: Who is your favorite actor/actress and what is your favorite movie?
A: “Excalibur” is my favorite movie and my favorite actors are Johnny Depp and Bruce Willis.
