Boot Camp
Summer BOOTCAMP BEGINNING July 9th
It's a great way to kick start your work out regimen or take your current regimen to a whole new level. You will receivce nutritional information, speed and agility training, muscle endurance work, and circuit training. Plus each recruit will get a body composition, VO2 max, and muscle endurance test at the end of 8 weeks of BOOTCAMP. Prizes are offered to those who show the most improvement in certain areas.
