Summer Boot Camp

Enjoy your workouts outside this summer in a group class that will help you lose weight, tone up and build endurance. James Lundy offers a boot camp that suits most fitness levels and ages while focusing on circuit training, body-weight resistance excercising and aerobics.
Boot Camp is a challenging, hour long circuit workout with limited breaks. The continuous focus on muscle fatigue cardiovascular burnout will make this more difficult than your current workout regiment. The benefits are simply that it will get you in great shape, whether you are training for a sport or trying to shrink that waist line. Classes range from 6 - 10 people and times are based upon demand.
James Lundy's expertise a boot camp instructor come from his experience in ROTC at Washington State University, where he majored in Biochemistry. No matter what your goals are, working with James can help you get to where you need to be.
