Dear Snap Fitness, we are so glad that we have a great fitness center open that we can visit at any time of the day or night. We were greeted at the door by all the staff, we were made to feel very welcome. The fitness center has everything a beginner to a seasoned athlete could wish for. The staff walked us through all the equipment, made sure we knew how to use it,answered our questions, made an appointment for our consult with the trainer. We never felt pressured to join. We like the freedom to exercise at any hour, any day.

Everything is new and state of the art.  It's an atmosphere we really
look forward to each time we go.  We look forward to experiencing a
healthier life style with the help of Snap Fitness. Thanks to all the staff for their encouragement at each of our workouts. Quincy is fortunate to have a 24/7 fitness center so complete that usually only larger cities have.

"A year ago I weighed 153 lbs. I was exercising but the hours at the gym I was attending were not convenient for me and I felt like I was doing the same thing over and over again. Initially I lost a little weight but was not getting the results I wanted.

I joined Snap Fitness in January of 2010. The staff listened to my concerns and instructed me as to which machines and weights I should be using.  After following a healthy diet and working out, I was down to 120 lbs and finally had the shape I was looking for! At 50 years old working out and losing weight has been a "Snap!"
