Early-Bird Workout:  Tuesday & Thursday 5:30am - 6:30am

Start your day off right with an early-bird workout. This workout will awaken your body and senses. Basic strength training as well as a cardiovascular effect will benefit you all day.

(Feb. 2nd to Feb. 28th) Members and Non-Members $5.39

Combined--Mommy & Me Circuit and Pregnancy Circuit

Wednesday 2:00pm - 3:00pm     and     Friday 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Just had a baby? Ready to fit back into those jeans? Bring the baby & we will have fun lunging & squatting away the time. The circuit is a total body workout; all you need is you & baby!

Strength training is safe and one of the best ways to minimize aches and pains when you’re pregnant. This class will use body weight to keep you toned and increase strength. Focus areas are legs, arms, and kegel muscles. Let’s have some fun and get a great workout too!

Senior Circuit:  Monday & Wednesday 9:00am - 10:00am

Improve your strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, and balance in an easy-to-follow workout. This body weight circuit can be used in the home as well. This class can be designed to fit the needs of all individuals who join.

Youth Workout:  Ages 10-13

The basics of body weight strength training for youth. The class will focus on teaching how to use the body to increase strength. Med-balls and partner workouts will be incorporated.

(Feb. 2nd to Feb. 23rd) Members and Non-Members $5.39

HIP-HOP DANCE (Teens/Adults) Monday 7:25-8:15 and Thursday 7-7:50pm

Hip-hop is a popular, fun, club style of dancing. In this class you will learn basic skills and routines to: club, street, lock n pop, and break dance to upbeat music. In order to progress, the choreography (broken down) will be repetitive. Julie has worked with Dave Scott (You got served & Stomp the Yard). Clients will develop confidence, coordination, memory/muscle recall, musicality, and a sense of your own creative individual style.

(Feb. 2nd to Feb. 28th) $10.78 per class or $30.18 a month (1 class per week) or $53.90 a month (2 classes per week)

Zumba® Gold-Toning:  Friday 12:00pm - 1:00pm

The Zumba® Gold-Toning program combines the enticing international rhythms of the Zumba Gold® program with the strength-training techniques of the Zumba® Toning program, creating easy-to-follow, health-boosting dance-fitness program for the active older adult as well as beginners.

Move to the exhilarating, easy-to-follow Latin beat in this high energy fitness class, great for all levels and abilities. Have fun and shake your booty in this dance class.

FAT BLAST BODY TONING (Teens/Adult) (Feb. 1st to Feb. 29th)

 

          Monday and Wednesday 10-10:45am or Tuesday and Thursday 12-12:45pm

Get in shape fast! Here's the class you've been waiting for – one that's designed to reshape and tone your body. Body Toning includes a cardio warm-up, stretches, Pilates, toning workout (calisthenics, intervals, plyometrics, and abs), and cool down. Also, for added fun the class will include (balls, weights, bands, ropes, etc), to give you a complete upper and lower body workout! Benefits provide muscular strength and endurance, coordination, and to relieve stress. So join us, reshape, and rejuvenate.

This is for one who wants to better their technique and knowledge of many dance styles and or wants to prepare for special events (wedding, anniversary, performance, talent show, festival, pageant, half-time for athletics, competition, etc.). In this class genres are generally designed as a specialty class.

$30 per ½ hour and 10% discount on 4 lessons or more
