From there, you have options - working one-on-one with your trainer on a regular basis, following a recommended routine with occasional check-ins or taking part in specialty classes like our Boot Camp 101.

Mission

My mission at Snap Fitness Prescott is to help all members meet and/or exceed their health and fitness goals.  I take a holistic approach to health and fitness.  At the end of the day, I am here to help you achieve and discover your goals and dreams, such as;  improved self esteem, self-motivation, enhanced performance and to start the journey towards optimal health.   What can you expect of me as your trainer?  Expect to be challenged and to make health a priority!  Expect to maximize the amount of calories you burn in the gym with a combination of cardiovascular and strength training!  Expect to have variety and excitement in your workout by learning different exercises each session!  Expect to have an individualized program that will focus on the areas you want to target!  Expect to be motivated!  Expect results!  My goal is to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals!  We won’t stop until we get there!

I have been active in the health and fitness industry for over six years.  I have experience working with clients of all different needs, fitness levels and goals.  I have experience helping people with weight loss, functional training, strength and endurance training, sports specific training, nutritional counseling, flexibility training, cardiovascular training and rehabilitation training.  I have experience working with clients of all age ranges, physical limitations and disabilities, and special conditions.

Express Fitness

Looking to get in shape and feel great, but don't have a lot of time for the gym?

With the Express Fitness program from Snap Fitness, you'll achieve the results you want through personalized instruction and shorter sessions to help you get in, get motivated and get out in a flash!

Start on your own with a quick warm up. Then, your Fit Pro will take you through a strength training routine specifically developed to reach your precise fitness goals. Next you'll get your heart pumping with a specific cardio routine designed for maximum calorie burning. Finally, take a few minutes to cool down and stretch and you're on your way in less than an hour.

Most Express Fitness packages consist of two sessions per week for 12 weeks, giving you flexibility in your exercise schedule.

Total Body Basic PT

This low-priced introductory package is for members who want help getting started on a plan.

Hard Core

Looking to flatten your abs? Build a stronger back, improve balance, and get greater overall strength?

With the Hard Core group training package from Snap Fitness, you'll achieve your goals through small group sessions that help you strengthen, tone and define your midsection.

Start with a quick tutorial from your Fit Pro to understand the importance of strengthening your core to improve your overall fitness. Next, push yourself through a power-building core workout. Finally, take a few minutes to cool down, stretch and discuss additional exercises to help improve posture and relieve back pain and stress.

Hard Core is offered in 6 and 12 week sessions, with the average program taking place 2-3 times each week for around 25-50 minutes per day.
