   Snap Fitness has really given me the momentum I’ve needed to reach my weight loss goals. I’ve been focusing on eating healthier for a few years, and have had great results eating low calorie, low fat, and high fiber foods. But my weight loss had stalled, and I was getting frustrated. After looking into several different programs, I found that Snap was the best value. 

   When I started working out at Snap Fitness, I purchased personal training with Scott Schmaltz owner of Precision Fitness. I would definitely recommend my trainer Scott Schmaltz to anyone looking to enhance their exercise routine. 

   I figured that working with a trainer would keep me accountable and prevent me from slacking off. I’ll admit, at first I thought working with a trainer would be intimidating, but that was never the case. Scott is very easy to work with. He has pushed me to new limits with my exercise, and has given me fun and challenging programs to help me reach my goals. In fact, I’m closer to reaching my weight loss goal than ever before, and I am really excited that I made the decision to join!
