Karen Elizabeth Warn

Karen Elizabeth Warn has been active in the health-food and fitness industries for over 20 years. She is the proud mother of four beautiful daughters, who share in her passion for wellness. In addition to her knowledge of physical fitness, Karen is certified as a Clinical Holistic Health Practitioner; and is currently completing her internship as a birth doula. She brings to Snap Fitness her profound belief in the many benefits derived from mind, body and spiritual health.

Lindsey Rae Polanyi

Lindsey Rae Polanyi has been involved in the health and fitness industry for 10 years. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her puppy Riley, being around her family and friends, going shopping, decorating her new house, and being active whether indoors or outdoors. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, and fitness instructor. She has taught Pilates and Yoga for five years.  Lindsey believes she benefits personally from helping people to achieve their health and fitness goals.

I had some business to conduct with Jennifer C. from the Muskegon Chamber ... you may recall that she and her husband joined Snap the night of the ribbon cutting.

I asked her how she was enjoying her 
membership and she gave the response below.

Yes, actually we are! Just was there last night. I really find 
myself more inclined to go there because it is so much more low-key  than other gyms. I know I can get in and work out a lot quicker than I could with other gyms and the price can’t be beat! I truly enjoy it and look forward to going. J (*And, I am not a typical “work-out person”
