1-on-1 Personal Training
We begin with a performance evaluation assessing the areas of posture and balance, movement, general and core strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Then we set goals based on your functional needs and incorporate multiple types of training to develop an individualized program focusing on all areas of fitness.
Nutritional Counseling
Nutritional programs, guidance and support are necessary components of the path to greater health. We will provide consulting programs covering nutritional analysis, meal plans and other related services.
Group Training
This program includes all the benefits of individualized training but with the added motivation of training with your peers. We add a bit of "friendly competition" to create an intense, goal-driven environment. Training is goal-specific and can be done in a Functional Fitness or Sport-Specific manner.
Workshops
Workshops are a wonderful way to explore new fitness options and incorporating new techniques into your workouts. Each month we offer workshops designed to broaden your fitness experience as well as specific workshops to enhance performance in outside interest areas such as golf and skiing.
