Amazing Success Story!

Like most of us, I always set goals like losing weight on New Year's. And year after year, I realized I didn't accomplish anything, and unfortunately I was gaining more weight.

In April 2008, I joined Snap Fitness. I loved going to the gym and working out, but I didn't lose much weight because I didn't have my eating habits under control. And guess what? It was New Year's again, and I was disappointed in myself which made me even more determine to make this year count! 

At the end of January 2009, God sent Chele Boe and the Transitions Life Style into my life! This was what I was looking for. Transitions is not a diet!!! It is a Healthy Lifestyle!!! 

Because of all of the 1-2 week diets that I put myself through, the first two weeks were easy.  But, the 3rd week was very challenging and emotional for me! I really wanted to eat anything and everything.

Well, I made it through that 3rd week. My first weigh-in I lost 10lbs! I was living the Transition Life Style and enjoying it.

I was able to pass up the 7 birthday cakes and the delicious Easter food because I would just create and/or buy food that I could eat. I stuck with this to a T! Now half way into the year, I lost 45 lbs and went from a size 12 to a 4!
 
I truly believe you are beautiful no matter what size are! But to step on the scale and know that you are healthy, is priceless!

You also can make this your year and remember it is a HEALTHY LIFE STYLE not a DIET!
