Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.

Total Body Basic PT

This low-priced introductory package is for members who want help getting started on a plan.
We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility in two 25-minute one-on-one sessions. Then, you'll have two follow-up opportunities with your Fit Pro to check your progress, get answers to your questions and tweak your workouts.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recover quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.
