My passion for the fitness industry began several years ago when a neighbor told me he was in need of a lifestyle change. He was overweight, had cholesterol problems and was unable to find the motivation to change.  I established a simple weekly routine for him to follow and ran with him every morning before he left for work.  Our morning runs were initially about three quarters of a mile long, but after two months of consistently working at it, he was able to run over two miles. Also, after these two months I noticed a number of positive changes within him. He had lost seventeen pounds, lowered his cholesterol, increased his endurance, and appeared a lot more motivated and confident. Watching him succeed and accomplish his goals was extremely rewarding for me. At that point, I knew just how much I wanted to continue to help others reach their health and fitness goals and so began my career as a personal trainer.

During my three years as a personal trainer, I have worked with a number of different individuals with a diverse range of goals.  Watching my clients persevere, gain confidence, and ultimately seeing them accomplish their goals is what I love most about being a trainer.  Though beginning a routine is never easy, having someone in your corner who believes in you and is willing to push you, makes the journey that much easier.

Having been an athlete my entire life as well as playing multiple sports at the collegiate level, I know what it takes to establish a routine, stick to a reasonable diet and push through limitations.  Thus, I can relate to my clients as well as create individualized plans to meet their specific needs and wants.

Express Fitness

Looking to get in shape and feel great, but don't have a lot of time for the gym?

With the Express Fitness program from Snap Fitness, you'll achieve the results you want through personalized instruction and shorter sessions to help you get in, get motivated and get out in a flash!

Start on your own with a quick warm up. Then, your Fit Pro will take you through a strength training routine specifically developed to reach your precise fitness goals. Next you'll get your heart pumping with a specific cardio routine designed for maximum calorie burning. Finally, take a few minutes to cool down and stretch and you're on your way in less than an hour.

Most Express Fitness packages consist of two sessions per week for 12 weeks, giving you flexibility in your exercise schedule.
