Introduction to Personal Training $99.00

Want to try out personal training? We have an economical way for you to give it a whirl and see if it's right for you! Snap Fitness, Millersville is offering an introductory to Personal Training package or just $99! You get three, half hour intense sessions with a certified personal trainer. He/she will work with you on ways to reach your goals and how to maximize your time inside the gym.
Don't forget... if you haven't had your Fitness Score yet... sign up today! Each member is entitled to one free session with a trainer. You'll learn your BMI, body fat percentage, and measurements. Find out what your health history means for your future, and what areas of fitness need the most work.

Boot Camp 101

It takes consistency to get results. Boot Camp 101 is just the class to keep you motivated and on track.
Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.
Boot Camp 101 is for everybody - classes are offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.

Express Fitness

Looking to get in shape and feel great, but don't have a lot of time for the gym?

Start on your own with a quick warm up. Then, your Fit Pro will take you through a strength training routine specifically developed to reach your precise fitness goals. Most Express Fitness packages consist of two sessions per week for 12 weeks, giving you flexibility in your exercise schedule.

Hard Core

Start with a quick tutorial from your Fit Pro to understand the importance of strengthening your core to improve your overall fitness. Next, push yourself through a power-building core workout. Finally, take a few minutes to cool down, stretch and discuss additional exercises to help improve posture and relieve back pain and stress.
Hard Core is offered in 6 and 12 week sessions, with the average program taking place 2-3 times each week for around 25-50 minutes per day.
