ZUMBA®
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow move to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

HIIT - HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)
High intensity is how its done, interval training is what
we're doing people. Using the simpliest of
tools (dumbells, exercise balls, & YOUR intensity)
there will be no music, headsets, & no steps to
assemble. There will be a mix of Yoga, cardio, &
resistance exercise, blended to assault your every
muscle, & turn your body into a metabolic inferno

BURNOUT
BURNOUT CLASSES HAVE BEEN CANCELED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Burnout is a musically driven weight lifting class. Ideal for men or women and all fitness levels, it approaches weight lifting in a new way. Using lighter weight and high repetitions, this class will improve your muscular endurance and give you a cardio workout all at once!

GUT BUSTERS
Boot camp style workout consisting of short body-weight circuits and cardio intervals designed to tone and shape the legs, strengthen the core and trim body fat.
