Exercise Physiology 101 / Program Development
New members are encouraged to meet with Bob Sondag to discuss how to best reach their goals. We will explain how the human body responds to cardiovascular and resistance training. We will talk about calories, heart rates, sets, reps, bone density, individual exercises, frequency, intensity, etc. People exercise most effectively if they understand "why" they are doing certain things. We will also show you how to perform the recommended exercises.
Knowledge is Power! We want our members to really understand why certain exercises matter so that they will be motivated to take the time to do them - and to do them with correct form - and with appropriate intensity. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS ASSISTANCE. Our goal is create successful, long term exercisers!
Intro To PT

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.
We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, build endurance or recover quicker from injury, partnering with a Fit Pro will help you get the most from your workouts and achieve noticeable results faster.
