Bob Sondag

Bob Sondag

Bob is Snap Fitness - Maple Grove's "Fitness Evangelist" in residence. He founded the club in late 2005. Previously, he was a lawyer and financial executive with Gage Group and Carlson Companies. He retired in 2003 and spent a year in relatively normal retirement. He then took exercise physiology courses at the University of St. Thomas. In short order: He was certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine, acquired a building, and built Snap Fitness - Maple Grove.

Bob has dedicated himself to his personal health & fitness - and to the health & fitness of the club's members. Bob has the annoying habit of constantly repeating his favorite quote to anyone who might be listening - i.e. "Aging is inevitable - decay is optional!" He is proud of the fact that there is a lot less decaying going on in Maple Grove/Corcoran since the club opened!

Bob lives in Plymouth. He has 3 children - all independent - and all working out periodically at the club.

Nancy Theiler

Nancy Theiler

Nancy is Snap Fitness club manager. She spent 15 years in Human Resource management before motherhood became a full time job. Nancy makes stuff happen at the club - like making sure members' access cards work and that they get their medical reimbursement credits. She is also in great shape & she's a dedicated exerciser. Nancy is a hard core biker and rollerblader outside the club. Inside the club is she is the "Queen of Cardio" and regular "Iron Pumper."

Nancy likes dogs (especially Honey), kids (especially Katie & Anna), men (especially her hubby, Bob), and lakes (especially Lone Lake near Aikin). Nancy likes book clubs, but doesn't really like to read that much. Nevertheless, her favority poem is by Dylan Thomas: "Do not go gently into that good night, rail, rail, against the passing of the light!" Nancy's pretty sure that Mr. Thomas was urging his readers to exercise vigorously 5 days per week!!

Ang Lemieux

Ang Lemieux

Ang is a Snap Fitness Assistant Manager. Who has a background in Personal Training and Nutrition. Ang will make sure your access cards work and you get your medical reimbursement credits and can answer any questions about equiptment.

She was born and raised in Maple Grove.... GO CRIMSON!

She played soccer for 17 years ending on the D1 Minnesota Woman’s Soccer Association.

Coached Youth Traveling Soccer for Maple Brook Blast girls ages 7-8-9

She has a Kitty Kat named Oscar Dilly Houdini Lemieux... she calls Osc for short

She loves to shop, run, fish, swim, play volleyball and soccer, and she can be found hanging out at home, at her cabin in Alexandria, MN, or at the mall.
