Mission

My objective is to help individuals achieve the fitness goals they want to achieve. I have programs for weight loss, toning, maintaining weight and/or fitness and strength building or building self-esteem. I will personalize a program for individuals for resistance training, endurance training, hypertrophy, strength training, cardio improvement or a specific sports related goal.

Education

National Personal Training Institute - Lakewood, CO

100 hours of theory and practice, 100 hours in basic nutrition, 100 hours in anatomy and physiology, and 200 hours of practical application of personal training.

Experience

Powerclass instructor at Louisville and Lafayette recreation centers.

Personal training clients since October 2005

 

Interests

My passion has been with total physical activity for over 15 years. I am an avid runner and mountain biker. I enjoy hiking 14'ers in the summer time. Doing weight training has become an important part of my weekly schedule. I have run over 11 marathons so far, and have placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd either over all or in my age category. I participated in the 18 hour Fruita ride and have a team that does the Fat Tire Classic in Winter Park every year.
