Trish Arthur

Trish Arthur is a resident of Louisville, Colorado. She has made a choice to make working out a part of her lifestyle since participating in our Snap Fitness 21 Day Fitness Study. Snap Fitness invited men and women that do not currently exercise to come into the club and volunteer to participate in a 21-Day Fitness Study. The purpose of the study was to determine what positive effects non-exercisers can expect by completing the Snap Fitness 30-minute circuits, three times per week for three weeks.
Here is what Trish had to say... ‘I see physical results in my back and overall strength. My mood has enhanced and I awake feeling a new zest for life. Before completing the Snap Fitness Study I considered my self just a housewife and now I feel a sense of personal success. Snap Fitness is a great avenue for me to choose to be fit. I also thought that personal training was only for the rich and famous…I guess that I am rich now!
Keith Farnsworth
Keith joined Snap Fitness in April, '08 to jump start getting in shape for his outdoor extracurricular activities. We have witnessed not just a jump start but a determination to get and stay strong. Here is what Keith had to say about Snap Fitness; 'I did not want to go to just any gym and found that convenience is a great motivator. The staff is very friendly.' Keith took advantage of our Intro to Fitness with Charles Pattenson. Keith said, 'Charles outlined a routine that worked well with my specific outdoor activities.' Keith continues to be a motivation to us all!
Janet Rooney

Janet is a charter member to our Snap Fitness family. She has lived in Colorado for over 20 years. Janet is a member of the Fleet Feet running team in Boulder and participates in many local races. You will see Janet at Snap Fitness training for her many marathons, local races and charity events. Here is what Janet has to say. 'I use Snap Fitness for my strength training and love the equipment. It is so user friendly with specific directions on each machine. Even though I do not take advantage of the personal training program, the personal trainers are very motivating when they see me training in the gym.'
