I have been participating in Bootcamp (Group Personal Training) for two months. I haven't had any weight loss, but I've lost inches, my clothes fit better, and I sleep better. I enjoy the challenges I am asked to face and that the trainer does not allow any excuses. The staff is always friendly and glad to see you come in to work out.

I'm motivated and I look forward to each session because my trainer continually pushes and at the end of each session I walk away with a feeling of total reward.

From my first session with my trainer until now I have gained endurance, and I'm able to do things I never thought I would be able to do. I lost 13 lbs. and several inches in all of my measurements. My clothes fit looser and my energy level is high! Just when I get comfortable my trainer pushes me because he knows I can do it. I no longer say "no" or "I can't do that"; any new exercise my trainer throws at me I attempt it.
