Welcome! We are a local family owned fitness facility and one of over 1200 Snap Fitness 24 hour fitness clubs located across the U.S. and Canada. We enjoy being fit and want others to experience the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. As hands-on owners we strive to offer members a better experience and ultimately, better results!

Our downtown Little Rock club is conveniently located less than a block from the State Capitol, With ground level access, our club serves nearby businesses, nonprofits, state and federal employees, UALR law students and Little Rock's medical community.

We are delighted to offer a convenient, affordable and first rate fitness center to residents of the Quapaw Quarter, Stifft Station, Hillcrest, Central High and Argenta neighborhoods. You will find the best equipment available, and a comfortable, friendly workout environment.

Plenty of free and metered parking is available. No matter the time of day, we fit your workout schedule. For your added safety and comfort, security guards are available to get you to and from your car on weekday evenings, or 24 hours a day on weekends.

Get the results you want using our complete line of cardio, free weights and exercise equipment. To get to the next level fast, choose one of several affordable personal training options. We offer a spacious stretching/ group exercise area.

As a Snap Fitness member, you can take advantage of any of our locations worldwide, day or night. Stop by during our staffed hours to take a tour of the club or to set up your membership. You can also contact us to schedule an appointment if these times do not fit your schedule.
