Jody K

Jody was our first member to try the One Day Challenge and had great success with the program.  In the short time that Jody has been working with Jeremy, three weeks, he has made significant improvements in his health.  In three weeks Jody has lost 10 pounds, 3% body fat, and 4 inches from his total circumference!

His success can be attributed to education, motivation, accountability, and most importantly, to hard work.  Jody credits the diet tracking he did in his lifestyle tracker to be the key to his success.  Not only did it open his eyes to what he was eating but it also kept him accountable to Jeremy.

Michelle C

Before Michelle joined Snap she had already started to change her lifestyle and had already seen positive results from those changes.  After her first appointment with Jeremy she realized how hard she would have to work in order to reach the goals that she had set.  After 1 short month of working with Jeremy she has seen phenomenal success.

From September 12 to October 13 Michelle has lost 18 pounds, 9 inches in her total circumference, and 16% body fat.  Aside from the measurable achievements, Michelle will probably tell you that she is most proud of the increase in her self confidence and overall ability to perform exercises.

Michelle has dedicated herself to a healthy lifestyle and will continue to see great success if she keeps up the hard work.
