  1. Nutrition: A healthy diet is about eating smarter, not less. You can actually eat YOUR favorite foods and still get fit. We will create you a customized meal plan consisting of only those foods that you enjoy eating and those foods that are readily and consistently available at your home and work place. This will also ensure that you never supersede your caloric limitations making it easy and enjoyable to watch what you eat!
  2. Cardio: Cardio is defined as any exercise that raises your heart rate for an extended period of time. We can help you get maximum results with minimum effort. Proper and consistent cardio work takes less time than you think, helping you develop endurance, boosting your mood, heart function and immune system. Cardio exercise also lowers body fat and decreases the risk of developing depression and other chronic diseases.
  3. Supplements/Vitamins: Without the right vitamins and supplements you won’t reach fitness goals as fast as you can. Vitamins and supplements boost metabolism and lower your chance of losing body mass. They also lower fatigue if your goal is to build endurance.

Boot Camp 101

It takes consistency to get results. Boot Camp 101 is just the class to keep you motivated and on track.

Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.

Boot Camp 101 is for everybody - classes are offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.

Intro To PT

Our Intro to Fitness package is for members who want help putting together a roadmap to better fitness but aren't ready to make a big commitment to personal training.

We'll teach you the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through a custom-designed fitness program.
