Elise is currently the General Manager of Snap Fitness. She began her journey in fitness in 1997 teaching group fitness. Elise has a gift of inspiring people to move more with her funny personal life stories. Her passion for changing the lives of people with movement and energy linger in their thoughts forever. She is known to deliver a powerful and motivating spin class that pushes people to their limit.

Snap Camp during the summer

During the month of July and August we held a one hour Snap (boot) Camp at our local park. We started our warm up with an Indian Run around the pond (1 mile) while taking turns carrying a 10 pound medicine ball.  From there we went over to the soccer field to do some stretching exercises.  This was followed by some work with the ankle-bands, and then various "obstacle course” agility work, upper and lower body exercises.   This camp meets twice a week. We are hoping to start another one in the fall at our new location.
