INTRO TO PERSONAL TRAINING
Have you been trying to reach a specific goal but just can't seem to get there. We have the perfect program to introduce you to the value of using a personal trainer (Fitness Professional FITPRO). FITPRO's have multiple options due to their extensive training to help you reach your goals. Our intro to Personal Training program is the lowest rate package of any we have at your JAXHODGES SNAP FITNESS. The package is conducted over a 2-3 week window and includes session with a trainer as well as sessions on your own. The sessions will also work on all body muscle groups as well as your flexibility and cardio needs. Here's what it looks like:
Session 1: One on One personal training with the trainer.
Session 2: Individual Workout working on the specific exercises that were used during session 1.
Session 3: Individual Workout working on the specific exercises that were used during session 1.
Session 4: One on One personal training with the trainer. This gives you the opportunity to discuss what is working for you or not. Any uncomfortable exercises, questions about technique, # or reps, weight, length of workout etc that you experienced during your 2 sessions on your own.
Session 5: Individual Workout working on the specific exercises that were used during session 1 and 4.
Session 6: Individual Workout working on the specific exercises that were used during session 1 and 4.
Session 7: One on personal training with the trainer.
Session 8: One on personal training with the trainer
The total cost for this 8 session package is only $120 which is well below the normal hourly rate of our personal trainers.

Boot Camp 101

It takes consistency to get results. Boot Camp 101 is just the class to keep you motivated and on track.
Achieve in a group what is hard to do alone! Our certified Fitness Professional leads a small group through a twice-weekly, 12-week intense total-body workout program. Expect quick results from routines that encompass the three key areas of fitness-cardio, strength and flexibility.
Boot Camp 101 is for everybody - classes are offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.
