Hi, I just would like to say that I have really been thankful for the Snap Fitness Center. I joined the club last May 2009. I seriously needed to lose some weight and shape up. By Mid-November I had lost 30 lbs and several inches. So I averaged a pound per week loss, which I know is the best way to lose. Joe, my personal trainer, gave me some really good weight workout programs that have helped me greatly. I am in my 50's and I don't want to give in to the thinking that just because one gets older they will get out of shape and gain weight. I was not able to even bend over to tie my shoes without tremendous effort. What a relief it is to be able to do that. Also I struggled going up my stairs from the basement when I would have to go and do my laundry. Now I have a new freedom with more energy and a new outlook on life. Thank you, Joe, and Snap Fitness! I would like to encourage you to not quit and keep at it. It is well worth it. I still have some weight to lose, but I will do it gradually so I keep it off.
