"Working with Anna Reimers, My personal trainer, has been a wonderful experience.  She is , by far, the best personal trainer I have ever worked with.

Often, trainers will treat you like a client wimply because it is their job to be in the gym working with you.  With Anna, I can tell that she is passionate about helping people get into shape.  The fact that she loves what she does motivates me to work even harder.  She knows when and just how hard to push me, and she knows when to back off.

In the past, I tried to stay motivated to go to the gym, but without that extra little pust, it was easy for me to get bored with it and quit going.  Thanks to Anna, itis now enjoyable to go to the gym, not only for workout classes and training sessions, but to just go there alone and do my own workout. I feel like she has educated me on the whole 'workout thing,' and that has given me the confidence to go to the gym without other people.

"I started with Snap in April 2010, doing three days a week, 30 minutes each day.  Boot camp really jump-started my drive to get into (and stick with) a consistent workout regimen.  In August, I felt the need to transition into something a bit more challenging.  That is when I started working with Anna.  It has now been nine months since my first boot camp session, and I have yet to give up training!  With any of my past workout routins, I would have already given up by now, But Anna has been such an inspiration to me.  Now, I'm in the best shape I have been in for over 15 years and plan to keep it that way!"
