Indoor Cycle Spin Class
Come experience the ultimate cardio workout! Burn up to 1,000 calories an hour. Fast paced fun in a safe environment. Maintain your summer fitness levels by building strength and endurance. All 3 levels-beginner, intermediate and advanced.
$25 for 8 sessions (2 sessions per week for 4 wks)
$75 for 16 sessions (2 sess per week for 8 weeks)
Zumba with Gail Grassel: Come experience dance and cardio to latin music. Burn calories like you've never burned before!
