Starting with your FREE consultation, your Fit Pro reviews your medical and exercise history, clarifies your goals, tests your strength, endurance and flexibility and recommends a customized workout plan.

From there, you have options - working one-on-one with your trainer on a regular basis, following a recommended routine with occasional check-ins or taking part in specialty classes like our Boot Camp 101.

Advanced Orientation

To introduce you to the equipment and get you started on a program that will help you to accomplish your goals, Erik Hansen is offering his services to you when you join for a one time fee of only $25.00!  He will spend a good hour with you if you like to sit down with you and go over any questions you have about diet, nutrition, your goals, etc.  We'll figure out what your upper and lower heart rate limits should be so you are working out to burn body fat and not over extending your heart as well.  Then, he'll take you through a walk through of all the equipment and write down all that information on a circuit training sheet for you.  Then he'll keep track of your progress for close to a month therafter to make sure you are happy with your results.

Group Fitness

This Group Fitness is a mix of Cardio, Aerobics, Weight Training, Yoga, and Kickboxing.

We have set up a profile for each individual who has signed up for the session.  This gives us a good idea what your metroblic rate is, your body type, your accountablity to success, your heart rate, etc so we can monitor you along the way.

We are offering recipes and other guidance for you so we can help in as many ways as possible.  We can only provide so much in the gym and not outside, so we are trying to make this work for you.

$50.00 for 16 sessions.  Next class starts December 1st!!

This is a beginners class only.  Relaxation.  Stress relief.  Breathing exercises.  Basic Yoga poses.  Core strengthening.  Balance.  Inner concentration and meditation for relaxation.  Health orientated.
