Zumba with Gail Grassel Tues at 6:15 pm; Fri at 5:30 pm; and Sat at 8 am

Group Fitness with Nicole Nathan (Cardio Kickboxing) on Mon at 4 pm; (Step and Sculpt) on Mon at 5pm; and (Core Power) on Wed at 4 pm and 5 pm.

  Advanced Orientation only $25.00 at sign up:  We will take the personal time to calculate your upper and lower limits of your heart rate.  Then we will set up a Circuit Training Sheet for your regimen so you can accomplish your goals and have a program to follow.  (How do I use the Cybex equipment?  How many reps do I do?  How much weight do I lift?  What are my goals and how do I achieve them?)  All these can be answered by this orientation!  If you like, we can go over your diet to see where some adjustments might need to be made.  We are proud to have with us two Certified Personal Trainers to set that orientation up for you. With that orientation comes a follow-up with you for a month to make sure you are happy and accomplishing your goals.
